These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bdtgl (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") with respect to your use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and account facilities made available at bdtgl.com and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the same platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the bdtgl platform regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser on Android or iOS, or any other compatible device. No separate terms apply to mobile users unless explicitly stated. The platform is designed and intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. By using the bdtgl platform from Bangladesh, you confirm that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your specific location and circumstances.

bdtgl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Interpretation

Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

The minimum withdrawal amount on bdtgl is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the bdtgl payments team within one to three business days of the request being submitted. In practice, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a payment method verified in the player's name as part of the KYC process. bdtgl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your bdtgl account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotional terms for that specific offer. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets above the maximum bet amount permitted under the active bonus — as stated in the individual promotion's terms — may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. If the wagering requirement has not been met within the stated expiry window, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account. Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Abuse of the bdtgl bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in bonus wagering patterns that bdtgl determines to be designed to minimise risk rather than genuinely engage with the games — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of the account involved.

By using the bdtgl platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the security of other players, and the fairness of all gaming and betting activity on bdtgl.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtgl platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent account closure and the forfeiture of any account balance:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the bdtgl platform under the same or different identity.
• Using another person's payment method or financial account to make deposits or receive withdrawals on bdtgl without the verified, explicit consent of the account holder.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets, or promotional results.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with bdtgl games, betting markets, or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from an exploit must be reported to bdtgl and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity through the bdtgl platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bdtgl platform, its games, or its software infrastructure.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bdtgl staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

Responsible Use

You agree to use the bdtgl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial purpose. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made on your account. bdtgl strongly encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within the account settings panel, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Players may request the closure of their bdtgl account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations exist. • The player's account is associated with suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The player has opened or is found to be operating duplicate accounts.
• The player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to other users, to the platform's integrity, or to bdtgl's operational security.
• bdtgl is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdtgl will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within 14 business days. During a suspension, access to account funds may be restricted. Where an account is permanently closed by bdtgl due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in its entirety, including real-money balances, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period rather than permanent account closure. Self-exclusion options of one week, one month, three months, six months, and permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, all access to the bdtgl platform is suspended and no marketing communications are sent to the player. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtgl's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtgl shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or bdtgl was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from the use of or inability to use the bdtgl platform.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside bdtgl's reasonable control.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services resulting from technical faults, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Errors or delays in game outcomes, odds calculations, or results confirmations resulting from third-party game provider systems.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

bdtgl operates a secure platform protected by 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. While bdtgl takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform security and data integrity, no online system can be guaranteed to be entirely free from risk. Nothing in these Terms limits bdtgl's liability for death or personal injury caused by bdtgl's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
